Well I have cooled down now, I am still somewhat leary about the correlation of two seperate analyst's a day apart. In honesty, this has been the biggest drop I have held and it does hurt but I have hopes for NN and I am sure the price will bounce back after this period of accusistions.

I think selling just might be a misstake and the ML people are accumilating on the low price of the shares. I also think the report will not be 15% lower, as NN hinted ,my guess is 8% lower(note guess)

I am shaken but not stirred and still holding and perhaps buying

You are 100% right. With a stock trading like a run away train at 90 x trailing you had better exercise a little caution no matter what the analysts are saying. NN announced this summer that they would be adding about 2,000 or so bodies over the next few years. I think in a wierd way Mathews was pre-announcing or cautioning investors in his own Greenspanish-sort-of way that "yeah life is good business is great, but by the way we are still growing a company here and the expense side is also likley on a roll". On top of that, it was more than well publicized that he and other insiders were taking a little of the table. So it seems a little naive to be raising hell over a analysts getting this one wrong. This ride epitomizes the old adage about pigs getting fat and hogs getting slaughtered no?

Believe me I take no joy in anyone taking a hit, but hey we have all had our lumps I'm sure. Happy investing.

Cheers
