You said you liked Palin's gumption at first blush, but you haven't followed her much since she ran for VP. That's over a year ago. A lot of negative stuff has come out about Palin since then. Yet, based on your initial reaction to her, you continue to defend her. Like I said earlier, the Germans liked Hitler's gumption...standing up for Germany after the negative years of the Weimar Republic. Just like back then Germany could have used some Germans doing some due diligence on Hitler..........like reading Mein Kampf, America could use some Americans choosing not to be so shallow in their selection of their leaders.
