Frank: Sorry it so long to get back to you. I think that DISH is trying to put those sports packages together now, as their recent filing against FOX Sports shows. They need to have that programming to make it in the long term, but for right now, I think they'll be fine. After all, they are not competing against DIRECTV, as much as DIRECTV thinks they are competing against DISH. The enemy is CABLE, and cable doesn't have a big package of out of market sports either. When they do add sports packages, however, the superstations that give them sports content now will hurt their ability to do "Ticket" style packages in the marketplace.
