That just sounds stupid and immoral. I believe the education system should set 80 as a passing grade right from the git go. And they should be allowed to study and rewrite (different exams, of course) until they know the material (or until they give up). People should be educated for the world and they should have competence if they have COMPETENT on their shingle. Sweet P-SS all to do with liberal or Christian or Islam. Master the subject you are taking before you start teaching our kids your bulls-it...
