If BP had listened to the experts from Schlumberger they might have avoided the biggest environmental disaster in our country's history...BP's terrible safety record and history of ruthless cost cutting will come back and haunt the company -- they should prepare for tens of billions in cleanup costs and the class action lawsuits in the next few years will be significant...one of my friends is a partner in this law firm in Florida and they are already on the BP Spill...

BP had NO business doing ultra deepwater offshore drilling because they are hacks -- ruthless costcutters that don't take safety seriously. BP may know shallow water, but they were way over their head at Mississippi Canyon 252 (no pun intended).
