Looks like a route to appease Salk, John. Given that Salk wants to dump shares, this is a route to prevent open-market sales for a thinly traded issue. The offering will be made available to people who hear the story through efforts of the underwriters. Looks like the only route to stability of share price. Personally, I had thought that the share price would still be crunched. Looks like the market makers are going to support it??

This may actually turn into a blessing. If the story presented in the prospectus, under these unusual circumstances, is strong, it may wake this sleepy issue up. I am *particularly* interested in seeing the spin put on the monkey data with 1508Y.

Gonna teach us some lessons, either way.
