Qdog will clear it up for you, Sycamore, but those two posts are not inconsistent with each other. You have to read exactly what is written. Those posts were carefully written and require careful reading.

What discprepancy? In your repsonds it was, what if's about discovery. With Mario's it is a response to news. I view the only two events to move this stock to be announcing a JV and the actual discover of reserves. Your scenario assumes that to have already happen. Big differences. What the confusion here is, I don't assume a billion barrels to be in place, while most do. Once you except that arguement, from my perspective, then you can understand the arguement. Because PR says a billion barrels, the general assumption: there is! My read of PR is entirely different. It was based on siesmic interpretation and limited exploration to draw that conclusion. However, it is axiomatic that there is 1 billion, not proven to be fact. So, the next release of an acutal partner should drive the stock above 8, and actual discovery of significant quanity, should propel it to the 20's. Is that fact or assumption? For me, assumption. Is it fact???????????????
