"I would guess in both instances it is family and financial." Who is to know? But what a damn shame! ALL LEARNING IS CLOSED TO THEM--just like it was to the Catholics in the Dark Ages. They carry the dark ages with them in their minds and their hearts. If a fact infringes their "beliefs", then the facts are simply ignored. They don't want to look through the telescope and if they do--then the earth is STILL the center of the universe--and that is NOT another sun. It is just a little lamp hung up there by their God...
