Angelique, The ADOBE announcement was well after the run to 11 as you will see if you go to post 134 through 137 and then 155 on this thread. You can just hit the 100 section at the top of this thread. In answer to a question from Gregory Snowdon, I don't believe the stock will go back to 11 on the news of the hearing date, I do however expect it to have a major run. Investors are naturally very skittish on this issue and each step on the way through the legal process lends more credibility. GRC has already stated in his analysis of the earlier papers that the judge does not have to schedule the hearing, although most people including GRC who follow this case believe it will be "moved along" by the judge.
