thanks, lot in there to help me 'get it'. oh, and I didn't think of them as backwards re 3rd world. I always figured that is terms of their economy. Look at the mess Yugoslavia caused when it broke up. You think American northerners and southerners can't get along.....we are kissing cousins by comparison true that. as much as we worry about our tensions at times, we have managed to keep moving toward being that great melting pot. but cauldrons do boil and bubble at times.
