I prefer the OEM CD. Cause I back up 3 computers, my Desktop which is a Maxtor drive, my notebook which is a Hitachi drive and my mothers notebook, (I don't know what drive that is).

I just take one of my portable USB powered drives and my Acronis True Image CD to her house and image the drive. Becasue if her hard drive fails, I am going to be the one installing a new one and I don't want to do a full install of Windows, rather have an updated image of the drive to restore. On her machine it takes 12 minutes to image it.
