I think banks will just blow up the old fashioned way. The time
to orchestrate stuff was 2008, now is the time for real action.
That's because the govt. can't (broke) and won't bail out
banks, either here or in London. This stuff is a strong
election downer, so their only hope is the secretive Fed,
but the Fed itself is now under the gun. So?

Hedge funds are not in the govt.'s bed, they are
scapegoats, and they don't have access to the Fed.
First in line for blowing up.
