Of course hedge managers aren't supported by taxes.
The Fed just printed the money.
You know that, but would rather play word games to fit another agenda.

I wonder what taxes they pay directly and indirectly?

Hedge funds managers are not supported by taxes.

Who's collecting the interest on all the debt with which Obama "stimulated" the US economy?

Bankers and Hedge Fund managers.

And from whom is that interest being derived, if not the US taxpayer?

The value to society served by hedge fund managers is far lower than the salaries they claim for themselves.

"Hedge fund managers not supported by taxes"

But they are supported by the Fed's zero rate policy that is crucifying savers. The worse savers do the better the financial industry does.

Public employee abuses are a drop in the bucked compared to the monumental ripoffs carried out by the financial industry and hedge funds at the expense of the middle class.

Re: Hedge funds managers are not supported by taxes.

Not really the case.

They are nearly exempt from taxes, with a loophole putting their tax rate at 15% while most Americans pay 32% (25% income plus 7% Fica) to 40% (33% income plus 7% Fica) taxes.

Meanwhile, hedge fund managers' swindles pay off because taxpayers backstop the swindle victims who otherwise couldn't pay and hedge fund managers benefit from others paying the cost to protect their wealth (civil costs such as police and social services that deter mobs from storming their castle like homes and military forces that protect their wealth from external predators).
