That is a great version.

I think Boom lackalackalacka Boom lackalackalacka makes more sense than giving non-risk-averse U.S. and Euro banks trillions (especially without any meaningful assurances that they won't take the same risks again) and hope that some morsels pass down to the masses.

I remember in the summer of '74 or '75 we drove from Sacramento to San Jose for an all day concert with Sly as the headliner. I think we left at like 2 AM because the first act was slated at 8 AM. We were there for 9 hours listening to relatively obscure bands until Flash Cadillac and the Continental Kids came on around 5PM. They opened with their version of "Pipeline" where the drummer started the beat by drumming his way into the side of a beer can until he got it open, and this is when beer cans were really cans not like those paper thin ones from today. They played for nearly two hours, rocked the stadium and brought the place to where we needed to be for Sly's act. Well, what we got was Sly's act. We waited for nearly an hour for Sly to take the stage. They played two crap songs and that was a wrap. Never forgave them for that.
