Hold everything... I've got spectacular news.

The following is a follow up to my post
exchange2000.com

Disclaimer: The following is my opinion and since you don't know me from Adam can not be guaranteed as factual.
Now that the skeptics have left:

Talked to my mom tonight. She lives in Jupiter FL (home of Eutro Holding Group's corporate offices). After a couple of messages on her answering machine from her son strongly urging her to go check this place out, she made the trip. (during her lunch hour, what a trooper!)

The following is a rough translation/paraphrasing of the conversation and what my mom told me:

The offices were gorgeous. I don't know if you can judge them by their furniture but...
Everyone was very professional and Brad is the nicest person you'd want to meet. He introduced me to his father (Floyd Wilkenson) who "owns the company" . He welcomed me and we talked about the company. I told him that I was visiting for my son who is a shareholder but is overseas and can't visit himself. He told me about how three months ago the stock price was down to 3 cents. He mentioned something about the part of their company that deals with blood and how they are doing very well (Bio Mom, Bio). He took me to almost every office and I met the receptionist, comptroller(?) and a bunch of people, I forget all their names.

They were all dressed very nicely and I felt funny being dressed in jeans. Brad's desk was neat, but he said that it had been a mess and that he just shoved everything into the drawers since he knew I was coming. (Ed Note: I [gary] told Brad when I talked to him this week that I was going to have my mom check the place out. He said no problem, sometimes with these penny stocks you don't know if you're investing in some guy with a phone in his trailer)

He [Brad] said that things were going really well for the company and the stock but three months ago they were in the gutter (or words to that effect).

I asked my mom if the phones were ringing off the hook and if the place was really busy but she said "No... but then again I was there at lunchtime"

Finally she had this to say about Brad: He was very nice but not phony.

I consider my mom a pretty good judge of character and she has been around the corporate world since she worked at AT&T several years ago.

I finished up by telling my mom about what happens if you promise to deliver more apples than you actually own and everyone asks for their apples at the same time. Couldn't get into SEC rules and the mechanics of short sales but I think she got the idea.

So... for anyone who has read this far, just my "grass roots" method of DD. If nothing else, we're not invested in a boiler room operation. Then again never believe anything on the Internet.

regards, and don't forget your mom this Christmas,
(I can't believe she told me she might like some shares for Xmas!)

BOY AM I EXCITED!!
