Naked shorting is only a part of the equation. Broken dealers are running closed desking pools, they are not locating what they sell or buy for customers, its an infinite printing of shares where derivative traders move the market by actions taken at the margin which frame the range. Call em BillionAIR shares because that is what they are...air in billions... Inclusive surmise....accounting for 1. Plausible Deny Ability 2. Counting 3. Disconnected Supply and Demand. 4. Captive regulators. 5. No degrees of Freedom operating at the portfolio level. Master characterization; Oligarchic malfeasance operating to self interest.
