Its too diffuse to be very (or even at all) profitable, unless your talking about sucking the oil from near the source, in which case its a mile underwater, and it would still be mixed with salt water, and spreading out so you wouldn't get all of it, it might be cheaper to drill a new well (except that here at least you know where the oil is). Also you might be interfering with the attempts to stop the leak, or they might interfere with you, and once the leak is stopped, you have no additional return on your investment.
