That comes under the right of free speech.

Jim.. I know that's the "prevailing" wisdom of the SCOTUS.

But corporations are NOT people. They don't have citizenship. They don't have the right to vote.

And I'm not going to remove their ability to lobby congress for regulatory relief. I just don't believe we should treat them as equal to human people with unalienable rights, which means they shouldn't fund campaigns and candidates.

Politicians should remain accountable to the people, not the corporations.

Just my opinion on this... As I mentioned before, I swore an oath to the constitution, not a corporate charter.

Corporations, or any other non-person legal entity/construct, should be put in their place when it comes to who has more rights in this society.
