Hi Mish

I was listening to Max Keiser on Alex's show yesterday and he is now saying he believes that it is not the government that shoulders the biggest portion of blame recently but the free market and banks. I agree with him. In our opinion the banks are absolutely conspiring to impoverish the people and certain countries in particular. I think there needs to be strict government control now even though I certainly don't trust the governments ability to run a complicated economy such as the US but I sure as hell do NOT trust bankers....period.

Yes I agree that banks should not be bailed out but does that mean I trust the market? No. Government intervention is needed but not on behalf of the banks. We're unlikely to get that since the banks control the government.
