They dont want the problem solved all of these election laws are designed to keep them in office, while the reformers are too stupid to realize they are being played. Years ago my neighberhood formed a small PAC to lobby for zoning we raised a few thousand and the tresurer made a mistake and filed late. They fined nearly the entire amount in the pac. Since then many important pols have violated the law in serious ways and there fines were waived or reduced. Perfect example of what I mean,. lj
