That's only because he is a dreamer like many hard core leftists. They believe at some level that all this socialism, with a fascist back [which is really what Allen is suggesting], will make the world a rosy, kumbaya singing, happy go lucky place...if only people would cooperate! [dammit!--lol] And so long as no one tells HIM what to do. It is a joke to hear any opinion from an immoral almost-child molester, who can't even manage his own personal life, no matter how many decent movies he was able to make. Movies come out the way the director directs. To think that giving an inexperienced narcissist like BHO his head for a few years would have a happy ending is like thinking that letting Allen adopt children is a good idea.
