Have updated SCP net asset value as of yesterday = $6.04 box.net The following changes were made to prior valuation: 1) Updated Orion and Stonegate to current market value based upon $1.12 (OIP)and $.75 (ST) share prices. 2) SPC owns 13.7M shares of Tournigan Energy per latest circular, so included this as a separate entry 3) SPC owns $14.4 of other publicly traded securities as of 3/31/10 which were not valued previously. To be conservative, I am not valuing the $23.9M of non-publicly traded securities as these are illiquid. 4) Have assigned a value of $1 per share to One Earth Farms as this is how much Ag Growth/AFN.to paid for their 2M shares.
