Tom, Here's my take on this additional financing info.

First, AIPC got the short-term $10M financing to cover things
until the JV deal is in place.

Second, they are working on a 9-figure financing package because
they plan to go shopping soon (in Kaz or some other CIS country)
for other concessions. They will need the financing in case the
JV is not signed in time to get the cash influx needed to bid.

If the 9-figure financing is announced soon and before the JV
deal is announced, then look for a major concession bid/purchase
to happen VERY soon.

Anyhow, that's my best guess. Why else would they need $100M plus?
Things are falling quickly into place for a big move in the stock!

What does everyone else think?
JT (very long, very patient, VERY excited)

OK guys,

What more do you want? Clear breakout on the chart and a known entity loaning money. I guess market is telling us that breakouts on CHAR and AIPN mean there is no oil. If I were the Hunts, assuming they do get control, I would make certain the first well drilled was a dry
hole, so I could back up the truck to buy the rest of the CO. when the
panic ensues.
