Hilarious that those like Mish and most here calling this a fake second housing boom missed that prices had bottomed a long time ago in all the ground zero markets. This is nothing but a return back to normal. The longer the new 'expert's' go back to doing what they did before the housing bubble took all their time and energy the better off society will be.

I was all over CA a few weeks ago. There is so little single family for sale everywhere I went from Stockton to San Luis Obispo. Pretty much the same thing here in FL. Just in time for another round of shadow inventory to get dumped this summer to put supply/demand back in balance...lol
