Yeah. I couldn't remember the exact words for the rest of the sentence, and that is why I ended the quote and continued with info on the deal. PR said "we are very close". Please take it, though, with a grain of salt. I think we can both agree that PR wants to be real careful about what they say. We all know that JV negotiating is going on, so very close could mean alot of things. It ain't over till the fat lady sings. No deal is done till it is done. Nevertheless, I am excited and apparently with a 3/16 move thus far, alot of others are too. Look forward to your info, Charger. VOLUME IS PICKING UP!!! AND WE HAVE HIT OUR 52-WEEK HI? Miller
