"have you ever heard of the little ice age" If you already know that effects have causes why are you playing stupid? Whatever cycle the earth is in due to macro causes (sunspots, volcanoes, ocean currents, glacial movement/erosion, etc.) humans either move it cooler or warmer. They either accelerate one condition or the other. Or, if you come from fairy land...they keep it EXACTLY as they are!) (RIGHT!!!) EVERY scientist knows we have accelerated climate change. and that we are increasingly becoming a significant part of that equation. Not as significant as volcanoes perhaps but significant nonetheless. Our role in the pollution of space is not large either but even an idiot understands that we've placed thousands of satellites into orbit and THAT is now becoming a significant concern for humans--except for troglodytes. :-)
