BIOS is trying to bounce up from the $7 level.

The stock is up a modest 2.82% with volume of > 759Ks still below its ADV

The stock has a good amount of near resistance at the $7.50 level.

BIOS has no significant LTD and has +CF
It acquired, in late March, Critical Homecare Solution a provider of home infusion and health agency services to people with chronic conditions in a $348M cash and stock deal.
BIOS reported a loss on the 1stQ in spite of 3% better revenues.
That loss included $5.5M in charges related to the CHS acquisition.<g>

BIOS has kept is guidance unchanged.
Expected revenues are around $1.67 to $1.73B for the Yr.
Earnings for 2010 are expected to match the $0.33 of 2009 in spite of the poor 1stQ results.
For 2011 the EE are around $0.56

The ACTAY is $11.75
But first the stock needs to deal with the resistance at the $8 level before testing its Apr16 H at $9.84 <g>

Then if the stock could close above $10 it could go above the ACTAY in get maybe to $14.
But that is a lot of "ifs" and "coulds". <g>

CBPO is trying to bounce up today after its good dip yesterday.<g>

It hasn't closed its March 24 UG.
The stock is up 2.54% in moderate volume

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

CBPO will present at the Jeffries 2010 Global Life Sciences Conference on Friday at the Grand Hyatt in N.Y.

As mentioned, the ACTAY is $18.50
CBPO has 4Qs of better revenues and earnings.
The EE for 2010 & 2011 are around $1.79 & $2.20 vs. $0.73 in 2009
On a close above $15 it will make an all time H.
That would be a good % gain from present levels.<g>
