Larry Martin promised 20c for the quarter, he missed reduced numbers.

The rise in Earnings per share have been facilitated primarily through ridiculous accounting methods. I don't think this drop has much to do with the aquisition, DDIM has plenty of room to fall further.

DDIM has no CFO, has eliminated the position of COO, and recently canned the ARDES software development team.

RElATIVE PRICE STRENGTH VS RELATIVE EPS STRENGTH

I searched the IBD Nasdq tables and found 40 stocks which have an Relative EPS rating of 99. This means the earnings per share growth rate puts the stock in the upper 1% of all stocks. This list included 4 Y2K stocks(IMRS,CHRZ,DDIM, and VIAS).OF this list 1/3 had a relative price strength rating of greater than 85. This is the cutoff point used in the CAN-SLIM investment methodology advocated by William O'Neil the publisher of IBD.This group on average was in the upper 1/4 on a relative price basis.Among the 4 Y2K stocks only VIAS had a good rating of 86. IMRS is 68, followed by DDIM @ 62 and CHRZ @ 30. In Fridays IBD the paper listed 225 stocks that exceed the minimum 85% score for both EPS growth and relative price strength. Included in this list are CPWR,CBSL,and MAST.IT appears that CPWR may have fallen off this list based on todays list. There is a real chance that the multiple reduction in Y2k stocks that has been underway for some time in a number of y2k stocks will continue as part of the socalled "Flight to Safety" that is talked about on CNBC. I continue to search for explanations for the price weakness in IMRS which took a hit Friday about double of the majority of Y2K stocks. Y2k stocks on both Thursday and Friday were hit harder than most small cap stocks despite favorable stories on both days in IBD.
