OK, the financial bill in the Senate has moved forward. They are cutting off debate. They have the 60 votes and it is very likely to pass. The markets have moved upwards on that news it looks like.

Options expiration tomorrow, I think will impact the market positively since it is oversold. One caveat. The Bundestag vote tomorrow.

If all this happens then it will be a recognition of the upward movement of the US economy.
