Oh yeah...the repugs thought the country was in much more danger from sex and impeached the President for causing such a threat to the country and also accused him of "Wagging the Dog" when he made an effort to get Bin Laden.

Yup, Clinton should have spent his time not going after Bin Laden but praying to his god to determine if stem cell research to benefit mankind was OK.

That is contra-indicated by the facts. Reason the report by the 9/11 Commission. Or, the attacks on that plant in Somalia and other places.

Could they have done more? Certainly. But they did far more than Bush did pre-9/11.
