What is with this block voting by the Republicans. They are appearing as obstructionist instead of as a opposition party. They've been doing it since Obama has been in office. On the bank bill, I was surprised Brown, Collins and the other Maine senator crossed over and voted for the bill. I think that's one of the few times an R has voted 'yes' on something. The tea party and the media have made that approach look so constructive up til now. The irony, of course, is that the Rs keep losing races like PA 12.
