Chris Matthews HONESTLY DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE COULD JUST GO DOWN THE FLOOR OF THE GULF AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM. He had (still has, as far as I can tell) not the slightest understanding of why you can't just send people down there to "plug up the hole". Just stupid.
