“You don't care that your namesake was a pedarast.“ Why would you say something so stupid? There is no evidence if he practiced the normal Greek culture of same sex lovers or not. Nobody knows and nobody cares. The wonderful thing about Greek pseudonyms is that you can’t go wrong with hardly any of them--as western culture is based so manifestly on the Greek genius and wisdom. I chose Solon as a pseudonym because he was one of those seven sages most highly regarded by the Greeks. But I would have been happy to take the name of a Socrates, Aristotle, Euripides, Sophocles, etc. The fact that pederasty was not a perversion in their culture has nothing to do with their genius. Morality is relative and these were highly moral people and great leaders toward western culture regardless of their sexual mores. Only a religious nut would even think about their sexual preferences. Should we stop reading and admiring Aristotle? You are just a mumbling Dick-Head!!
