Reminds me of the days when political pundits gave up on Obama when he was trailing Hillary by more than 20 points. And then the pundits said that he would lose to McCain.

Now he needs to show increasing job growth month after month so that in October he can say "Why change horses in mid stream when the going is good" Or "Are you feeling better off now than you were 2 years ago"
