If the Executive refuses to enforce a law passed by Congress and signed by a President, this is a Constitutional crisis is it not? We have an Executive that has unilaterally repealed a legal statute.

Fox news reporting that fed immigration officials are saying that if Arizona makes arrests of illegals, feds may refuse to deport them. I'm watching that now. It's inexcusable and intolerable. Arizona only passed the law because the bustards were refusing to enforce federal law in the first place. These people have to go. It's NOT about race. I like Mexicans and have worked with them many times. It's about the drug trade first, and secondly illegals getting benefits they are not entitled to.
