Kaltbaum mentioned that as well. Basically his point is with the volatility produced by this, we're almost guaranteed a lock limit cluster fuck no bid disaster sooner rather than later. FWIW, I agree. It jeopardizes the entire market, individual investors are right to stay away. Kaltbaum isn't particularly bearish on the markets based on technicals, he's all cash right now and feels today represents an unconfirmed rally attempt. I'm more bearish than him and think we're in a wave 2 correction, before some real downside fireworks go off.
