I haven't seen much evidence if that yet. It is not "obvious". Anything but, on the contrary, I see that they are being open and honest without making the problem worse then it actually is. Blind panic will not get the oil leak plugged any faster or increase the chances of the problem(s) being fixed for good.

Opps, I know they are under pressure, but this is not a good idea right now.

Finger pointing, legalese, and B/S doesn't plug oil leaks. Somebody needs to tell both those companies to "put a golf ball in it" until immediate problems are dealt with. The blame can be sorted later.

It is all kids stuff really if you think about it.
