Oh you're gonna love this! Check out the header on the fax Bioconvergence sent to the Office of Hazardous Materials Standards in 2003.

Bioconvergence used Islchem's fax machine! Not only that, on Islchem's web site right now they list their fax number as 716-773-8459: the fax number Bioconvergence lists as their fax under their letterhead! Confused yet? Same address and interchangeable fax numbers.
