europe is primarily controlled by the EC - an unelected body of people who lay down 85% of their laws.

it isn't the party, per se, it is who controls it.

that's why bush labeled 3rd party supporters as serious potential terrorists - god forbid someone actually represents the common man and the elites have to toil to make wealth instead of sit back and steal it.

It's not so much whether there is 1 party, 2 parties, 3, 4 or more. It's how much power they have and how corrupt and incompetent they are.

In order to minimize the corruption and incompetence, you have limit the government even though "ideally" it might make sense to allow government to do more things. This is the part that the left does not understand.
