google the MIAC report. the patriot act is also unconstitutional - it rescinds inalienable rights and makes them government issued privileges that the government can take away when it deems fit. and you love it... you love losing your inalienable rights b/c your team took them away. the same way Knighty loves $8 trillion being spent by his party and the number of people on food stamps going parabolic and little old widows being mercilessly robbed by his team.
