I have no problem with mexicans coming here to work... but they need work visas or they are here illegally. you say "cheap labor".. what the heck do you expect? most coming from mexico dont speak english, uneducated etc. almost like a high school freshman thinking they'll get a $50 an hour job during their summer break.

The point is corp. and others are taking advantage of the situation and encouraging illegal immigration. They need to be stopped.

I have defended product manufacturers for some 30 years.

In Southern CA litigation, 90%+ of the litigation has been on behalf of Mexican plaintiffs, with low level education who claim that equipment is defective when the truth is they were not properly trained or have no clue what they are doing.
