Immigration is not a state subject. What about the illegals coming in from the North. History shows that terrorists were intercepted while they tried to steal in from the Northern borders.

There is a lot of illegal immigration occurring at the Canada/US borders, would you agree?

Exactly. Its not just about breaking the law but threatening the country with terrorism.
