Another instance to support that the US economy is coming back; not roaring, not limping but plain and simple marching back. This is good number considering the banks are not advancing loans to a significant level yet. Yes the Govt. is trying to keep this going with tax credits. But it would be interesting to see if people are going in for buying homes in order to beat the anticipated rise in prices or is it because of the tax credit.
