Absolutely not. They saved jobs of police officers and many city employees. And that is what the Feds could do because we fought the worthless Iraq war and the a supposed Afghan war on credit. The stimulus was an excellent decision and we are reaping the benefits now. We had a lesson to learn from Japan and this Administration learned that lesson very well and acted based on the lessons learned. Now it is upto the banks to start lending but at a time when the LIBOR rates have doubled, I am not sure if our banks are in a position to lend to jump start the economy.
