New laws are not needed imo. It just needs a few laws, that already probably exist, to be understood and actually followed. Minimizing risk is not really that complicated a process to follow. The results are maybe complex, but the rules are relatively simple. It really is childs play or.. if not made so. How hard is that? I doubt this is a BP centric problem. I do expect them as a British co to show some standard of behaviour that others can look up to. Even under extreme adversity that seems to be the current case. btw that utube link was interesting.
