Tax benefit for home buyers is expiring, I think so sales may drop off some, but I am seeing it around where I live. Houses used to sit on the market for ages but they are selling now. My next door neighbor just signed a P&S agreement for the sale of their house last week.

Canadian Home Sales drop in relation to new listings. Today Vancouver listings top 18,500 on target to 19,011 by midnight May 31st. The last big dip 2 years ago in home prices saw the height of the inventory at 16,000. Price crash in Canada and Australia is weeks away and it will be devastating.
