Agreed. While some sectors of the economy still look weak, others are starting to crank. One of my neighbors works at EMC Systems and they have gone from layoffs and pay freezes to being flat out, hiring and lifting the freeze on pay increases. Restaurants (the good ones anyway) are jam-packed on Saturday nights. Boston traffic still a nightmare during the commute hours so...doesn't look as bad as one might think given the headlines but maybe I live in the wrong place. We did not have the same level of RE speculation as happened in FLA/NV/AZ, etc.

Once the USA can clean up that mess it will be a huge helping hand
I wish them luck!! whole pile of mortgages (you know the ones where the buyer was paid to buy a house--thanks to fran and fred and the politicians who made it possible) coming due for reset
in next 9 month
