Obama has extraordinary talent of sounding good while not knowing what he's doing Maybe that's why he picked Biden. They are similar in this regard (even if their exact ways of doing it are different). Biden is good at tossing out garbage that on the surface, seems really solid to many. Sometimes (not rarely) he blows it and says something obviously stupid, but he can seem really knowledgeable most of the time if your not closely paying attention. (But pay attention and think for a few momements and you realize how crazy some of the things he says are. Biden is good at faking knowledge. Obama is good at faking being reasonable.
