I think BP is lying about something .... a couple of their officials have been quoted anonymously in the press trying to lay the blame at Transocean's door when it was BP that was really calling the shots, designed the well, made the major decisions, .....

The flow rate, which no one really knows, is one thing they haven't lied about.

If you're going to obsess about it, why not ask the NOAA to update their estimate?
