Oila a remainder less than 100% to be legal....more than 100%= houston we have a problem. Shares Outstanding: 107.49M Float: 102.86M % Held by Insiders1: 4.15% % Held by Institutions1: 81.90% Shares Short (as of Apr 30, 2010)3: 9.83M Big time missing information here is what? Oh Yeah an estimated 15 million shares in private not category purchases....hmmmmm...could be double that number but systems and volume seem to have found utility in obfuscating available data.
